What it can't do
- It only sends. It can't receive faxes or replies.
- It sends to US and Canada numbers only.
- One iPhone can start 10 faxes a day, to prevent junk faxes.
- Delivered means the other machine confirmed it, not that someone read it.
- Fax is not encrypted from end to end, so it is not for every document.

Questions
Can an iPhone send a fax by itself?
No. An iPhone has no fax feature, so you need an app or an online service to place the fax call. See your options.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You buy credits once, and they never expire. There is no trial that turns into a plan.
Do I need a fax machine or a phone line?
No. Your pages go over the internet to our service, and a telephone company places the fax call.
What if the line is busy or the fax fails?
We try a busy line again, 3 tries in all. If the fax still doesn't go through, your credit comes back and your pages stay on your iPhone so you can try again.
Can I get proof that it was sent?
Yes. Each delivered fax gives you a receipt you can save. Here is what a fax confirmation shows.
Can I fax the IRS or my doctor?
Yes, if they gave you a fax number. You supply the number. Read the guides for the IRS and medical records first.
When can I download it?
